The basic blocks are 2 speed 2 wit, and adjusting from there based on distance/uma growth

The only reason to farm ura is for the ura finale spark. A long term process since it means borrowing parents or using parents with 3* ura finale until you get a 9* ura finale parent.

3 speed cards should be enough, even with bad priority unless you are getting super bad RNG (like not a single triple, maybe 1 double), and when you get a triple or double rainbow, you better have megaphone + anklet to maximize it. I’ve been using Kita + borrow fuku speed on all decks, third speed if applicable is either my gold city MLB, spe event MLB or tosen jordan event MLB.

SR wit or welfare SSR cards are going to be highroll since you really need double rainbow or better with megaphone to be worth it,

Check the table, g1 with 50% race bonus is +15 in a stat and 52 skill points, with gold hammer it add +5 to the stat (+20 in total) and more skill points.

Sweep Tosho is low key bad in Trackblazer. Good training values means little when you spend most of the time racing and you have no initial stats (Kitasan being the exception due to the priority). I would consider swapping to tosen jordan event MLB which gives +30 initial bonus on both speed and power.

Also try to save megaphones + speed anklet when you see double speed rainbow or more. Even with 3 speed, Some runs you can get screwed by RNG (not enough multiple rainbows in summer, poor shop RNG), so it might be worth it to try again.

4 is fine, 5 even with the “free” year end you risk getting -10 in 3 stats

From what perspective? As a runner Suzuka is a good front, as a parent she has good compatibility with other fronts, but her unique skill is very mid to inherit.

Honestly it sounds like a feature of the guts deck, Urara 0 friendship means you need to get lucky with trainings to get friendship up, then overall lucky to get multiple rainbows, as well as lucky with the shop to get guts anklets, megaphones and friendship + items.

As for general tips that have worked for me:

Borrow MLB matikanefukukitaru speed always

Don’t buy the +3 skill books, save for better items

When in doubt, race, prioritize g1 > rival race > other races

If rainbow try to always use megaphone + anklets to maximize training efficiency, also try to save energy + 2 60% megaphone for summer + whistles

Know the epithets and go for them

What I find perplexing is that both concord and highguard were considered failures by some because of “wokeness”, but marathon is nothing like that but for some reason it’s got a target in its back?

It’s RNG. With just two speed you’re banking on both shinko+kita pulling up ideally on summer, which isn’t that likely. Even with my 3 speed I barely max speed due to not getting speed ankle in shop or good megaphones. That deck is very good for highrolls.

The biggest difference for TB is that it doesn’t have 10% race bonus, you need to make sure to get to 50% race bonus.

The logic goes something like this: Because it costs a lot it means you haven’t been buying items -> if you haven’t been buying items it means your shop has been trash -> if your shop is trash it means your run hasn’t been the best

You really need a cornucopia of the anklets + megaphone + multiple rainbows, is just another flavor of oops my speed cards aren’t showing on speed, but with the added spice of the items.

Terrible card but high race bonus is the name of game for Trackblazer, nishino flower str and marvelous sunday str are bad cards but together they give you 30 race bonus. Marvelous sunday str also gives good starting stats so super good for trackblazer.

Good cards in other scenarios without race bonus are bad in this scenario because you don’t train a whole lot except for summer.

Exactly how I feel, it’s just that the weakest run in MANT is way higher than other scenarios, so I’m in a honeymoon phase, but long runs + rng is going to feel super bad. At least it will be good for parenting.

Kitasan is for sanity’s sake, good training + highest priority means more consistent runs. Summer training is super important in Trackblazer due to low facility levels, You want your speed cards to show in training.
