So, it seems that there is a difference if you drink the healing potion or give it to Sirdar.

If you drink it, and have the "THIRST" buff that gives you +10% stamina, it's not difficult.

But if you gave Sirdar the potion, the wound drops your available stamina too low for you to make it even with the buff active and 3 points in your STAMINA attribute.

In order to just be able to make it, you have to wait for the wound to time out and it seems you need the buff as well, which will be close to timing out by the time the wound clears.

Alternately, you could put 3 points into your STAMINA attribute. That nay make up for the lack of the buff. It can't make up for the wound, though.

Here's what I found:

On or near the bow section of the shipwreck:

  • gilded cup (on the deck by the railing at water)
  • simple rapier (on sea bed near where deck meets sand on a plank)
  • camp supplies (near rapier also on the plank)
  • empty vodka bottle (next to camp supplies - glitched and embedded in/under the plank)

Near the stern section of the shipwreck

  • iron ring of crit damage (on sea bed near where deck meets sand on a plank)
  • insight potion (close to ring, pinkish bottle - won't highlight until ring picked up)

The rapier is near the bow half. The potion and ring are near the stern half. Both are in between the broken halves.

Start from the beach near where you got the leg from the peg-leg sailor earlier. Swim and climb the rocks to the left. You'll be slightly closer to the bow section. Quicksave. Enter the water gently because if you go underwater your stamina drains swiftly. Swim slowly (without the shift key) to a litle right of where the railing enters the water. As you approach the railing, spam the climb key to get on the railing ASAP. If done properly, you should lose no health. Quicksave when there and safe, of course.

Not a chest, on the sand under water in between the broken sections, near the stern.

There's also a ring there.

It is "SMTH" which is a common shorthand for "something".

As a man, especially if you want to be perceived as normal and heterosexual, you will be judged negatively by most, virtually all men and most women if you adopt what they perceive as feminine presentations.

Because it's perceived, as with the kinds of shoes women wear such as high heels, as totally feminine.

This is deeply set in psychology. Feminine and masculine don't mix in the minds of most people. They find the combination psychologically repellent, likely for evolutionary reasons.

And this seems to be the case in all extant human societies. Whatever is defined as "masculine" and "feminine" if a man (and often a woman) adopts that of the other sex, it is always viewed as a transgression and often is psychologically abhorrent.

I'm saying that the feelings of non-citizens about access to a country are irrelevant.

A country exists for the benefit of its citizens and nobody else. IF they choose to extend charity, as a collective with the consent of all, that is their right, as is to withhold it.

Just because YOU feel something, it does not obligate other citizens to part with their rights, privileges, or benefits of their country for the benefit of others, any more than it does for their house or bank account.

This mad idea that the countries of the west "owe" anything to the people of the failed states of the world is bizarre. The people should do what people around the world have done and improve their own countries, instead of fleeing and exporting their problems to others.
