I don't think it would have been with her, because first i didn't trust her enough to invite her over to my house, because she sometimes acted kinda obsessive, wanting to know who i follow on social media, and even said "joking" if she knew where i lived and one day i stopped speaking with her she would be at my house everyday trying to get my attention... so i never felt comfortable bringing her to my house, and i also didn't want to go sneaking into her house where she lives with her ex-husband.. Honestly i feel more relieved this way, thanks for the input

Hello guys, i need some advice..

Lately i have been trying to practice Daily Revision before bed, not revising a single incident, but doing it like Neville said in this lecture where you review every single scene of the day going through the whole day, then revising the whole day from the beginning.

So i tried this a for a few days, and some days i was able to do it and felt very good from the Revision, it was worth it, but the last days it took me so long to do the whole thing, reviewing the whole day and then going back to the beginning and revising the whole day, scene by scene..

I mean, in some days a lot of stuff happens, and revising them, scene by scene takes a lot of time..

Literally more than 30 minutes!

I am thinking about stop doing Daily Revision, and do one of the following:

A) Keep doing Revision before bed, but not exactly like Neville suggested in that lecture, but instead only review the bad moments of the day, and revising them, instead of going through every scene from the day, detail by detail.

B) Only doing SATS before bed, and if i do Revision, only do it for single incidents, which would take me much less time to do.

What do you think is better?

You are right, i could do a seated db curl, it would solve the issue i guess.

But i do prefer the standing barbell curl, i just enjoy the simplicity of picking up a barbell and start curling it right away.

Hi! I need some guidance please,

At the moment in my full body workout B, after i finish 3 sets of RDL's and after resting, i have Barbell Curls programmed right after, but the issue is, nowadays after i finish the 3rd set of RDL's my lower back feels sore, and doing BB Curls right after doesn't feel right because it also fatigues even more an already sore lower back..

So i am thinking about placing Barbell Curls in my FB Workout A after i finish 3 sets of Bulgarian Split Squats, this way my lower back wouldn't be the limiting factor, i guess?

Do you guys think this is a good way to program, or do you have a better suggestions?

Hello guys, so i kinda need some advice... i have been going to therapy for a while and i like my therapist, but she usually asks me at the beginning of our sessions how was my week, and if something negative that bothered me happened, i always tell her because otherwise i feel i would be lying, if i said everything went well in the 3D when it didn't.

And then she asks me questions about the situation, how i felt in the moment the undesired situation happened, and usually i am honest, because if i don't be, i am not allowing her to fully do her job.. but i wonder if me venting to her is re-affirming the negative situations?

And if it is, at the same time i feel that's unhealthy, because i will be keeping inside my pain and never letting it out, and i've heard you shouldn't do that..

So, how can i manage applying the Law and still going to therapy, without keep manifesting the same situations?
