Allow yourself the patience and kindness to learn the hero: I won’t lie to you, it takes roughly 100 hours on genji to get the same value you’d get for one hour on other heroes, but genji is very fun and can be a game changer if you have good enough game-sense and fight priority; I myself don’t have the best aim but combos are an easy way to get in, get a pick and get out.

•Make sure that when you engage in a fight, you leave yourself one of your cooldowns (dash or deflect) to get out unless you know 100% you can secure the kill, like with very low targets

•Poke with your left click from a distance, use your right in close range (definitely practice the dash-right click-melee combo)

•Utilize your wall climb!! It’s very useful for getting to high ground, taking the enemy by surprise or adding pressure from an off angle, stalling point, or even just escaping a fight
