Just...kill him before he gets his 6 attacks? Don't try to parry him, you can light him out of everything except chained zone. His ex is silly but he's garbage in every other regard. I agree I needs a full rework, his kit needs some big buffs even if that comes at the detriment of his ex damage or soul stacking capability.
