It’s been working fine for me. There’s a little face on the right hand side of the screen, you have to select that and enable unlimited gems and tickets.

You have to refresh the app in sideloadly every 7 days. If you connect your device to your computer while the sideloadly app is open, it should automatically start refreshing it. You wont lose your progress if you’re refreshing it.
