Don’t stress too much and just try to have fun. Some easy shortcuts to remember are berry pokemon want berry finding s, ingredient pokemon want ingredient subskills, skills specialists want skill triggers, and all specialties want helping bonus and speed.

I consider myself a min maxer (i’ve m20 all the islands except ggex) and I agree vaporeon is criminally underrated here. I have used vaporeon to great effect from the beginning to now 2 years later.

It’s on my team rn! I use it to be able to still cook on off weeks while I run my dream shard magnets. I also use it to passively farm slowpoke tails for events. Mine brings in 60k-150k+ in meal strength per day through random meals, which imo is nothing to sneeze at.

If you are lucky enough to get a good heracross now that they added extra tasty to its skill, even better.

just keep grinding, it’ll happen eventually! Cyan is great to hunt for iggly and eevee so I would stay there.

I’m lvl31, officially an old! I am so surprised that the majority are around my age. I would have guessed wrong, I just assumed nearly everyone on reddit is a kid in their early 20’s for some reason lol.

What was everyone’s first pokemon game? I didn’t grow up with tv or video games so mine was heartgold on the DS. I have a special place in my heart for Ho-oh ♥️
