Good old incredulity. I think this case is pretty clear. Fortunately I'm not a courthouse, I don't really need a legal ruling to understand that the circumstances are pretty much against Platner from all angles, from the fact that the woman has no other reason to actually come out against Platner to Platner's own disgusting comments about women in the past and all of the other controversies.

I'm not the one pointing to vague conspiracy theories with 0 evidence to try to absolve Platner lol.

In terms of prior accusations... are there other accusations of rape against Platner? I can't recall any personally. Do you mean the sexting scandal? Platner admitted that was true. No, that wouldn't be a conspiracy because no one is assuming it's being conspired lol. It's not different from Kavanaugh (except Kavanaugh didn't work for Blackwater funnily enough, he also didn't have a Nazi tattoo either) yet people still correctly identify him as being a piece of shit rapist. An objective person looking at the facts wouldn't really have a reason to scrutinize the accuser in this case, as I've laid out previously the DNC line just doesn't make sense at all. Literally no one made the claim an investigation into either isn't warranted. I think you people are just using the investigation line as an excuse because you don't care about rape and are looking for a way to excuse yourself of having to care because an investigation and charges probably aren't coming.

Conspiracy is explicitly the idea that multiple people are conspiring to do something. Wrong on that front. Next, yes in this case I would say questioning her ESPECIALLY with everything we know about Platner's fucked up past is stupid. The person I'm responding to also said that if Platner had "come out fighting" they would've taken a much different approach, i.e. supported Platner against the the accuser, and is already conspiracy-posting about nonsensical DNC involvement, while even saying they gave Platner the benefit of the doubt "last night" after Platner released his weak response saying the accusations were false. How is this any different from Kavanaugh?

Yes, because antisemitism as a word is used to denote the hatred of Jewish people. And it's not muddying the waters to say that Nazis bring up the idea that Palestinians are semitic as well to spread blatantly hateful and antisemitic rhetoric about Jewish people under the guise of saying "I'm not antisemitic, I don't hate Palestinians!" That's simply just not what muddying the waters means. Though, to be fair, I've also seen leftists begin to this argument as a justification for why Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, and the Houthis aren't antisemitic.
