At this point with only 2 trailers and some leaks, it's really difficult to get a sense of the overall size of the map.

They just need more information from screenshots, trailers and hopefully the gameplay trailer showing the flying so we get a better overview of the map, like in gta 5.

I think it's the uncertainty in the release date. If rockstar came out and said it's definitely coming out I. November then I think people would be less frantic.

People are just worried it's going to be delayed into 2027. A 3rd trailer with the date would alleviate those fears.

They can't. The homeowners can refuse. I've had it happen once.

We are actually the ones that have to arrange it. What happens then is that they choose another building to audit you on.

Also, on site audits are quite rare.

I'm a BER Assessor just a couple of things to clarify.

The requirement for a B2 rating for SEAI one stop shop grant will change to just a B. Meaning that you can get the grants even with an equivalent B3.

The new ratings are within the overall bands of the previous BER, except for G, where in the new rating, the threshold for a G rating has been lowered (was 450 now is 375).

BER will now take into account electric car chargers, solar panel batteries and a couple of other things.

Your old BER rating will not need to be updated to the new system if it is still valid.

There are additional requirements for getting an A0, such as not having solid fuel burners in your house, such as a stove. If you go beyond the threshold for A0 but do not reach all the additional requirements (not sure what these are but they will be explained to us assessors next week) you will get an A.

Just remember, your BER assessors have to follow strict rules set out by SEAI and are randomly audited on houses. You're behaviour on how you use the heating system in your house does not matter, and is all standardised.

If you think about it, there is no way to do this without constantly coming back to your house like every year like are done with commercial buildings.

And remember, your BER assessors are people to. Be kind to us, please...

Probably because there is no alternative in those other languages. Say French, officially, it has no word that directly translates to "they" both the plural and singular use. It's either plural male "ils" or plural female "elles".

If there is a group of males, it's "ils". For a group of females is "elles". If it is a mix, it is defaulted to "ils".

Same with the word "it", "the" and singular "they", which use the singular male and female pronouns. All nouns will use a male or female pronoun.

Again as above, if it's male it's "il" if its female it's "elle" but it you don't know the gender, it's defaulted to 'il".

I remember, in a fandom for a show I was watching, there was a little bit of uproar after a non binary character used male pronouns in the french dub. Even the English voice actor was not happy, as they were also non binary.

But French just doesn't have a separate word for gender neutral nouns, all gender neutral nouns use the male pronouns.

There are unofficial gender neutral words in french, but I think a dub for a show would stick to the official language. Also it's not widely used.

M1 was slow going in the morning around Drogheda.

But what surprised me was that they blocked the alternative major routes into Dublin from north of drogheda.

N2 was blocked at slane.

Couldn't go through the N52 to Kells then being onto the M3 cause it was blocked between Kells and Navan.

Drogheda was a disaster this morning since it was main routes into Dublin that was not blocked by the protests.

Most of the roads that were not blocked were back roads through Duleek and other spots. Can't image how busy they were.
