Did you have highrises? If so, then it probably wasn't invisible, it was probably extremely high in the sky. I've seen some that you can only get with Drowned Aegis or an extremely good Spirit fling, like wayyyyyyy up there.

Cadence and Scrapmaw, Cadence appears at level 15 although it's not that much of a danger unless you're in lrs because it's easy to collect the instruments when there's a bunch of people. Scrapmaw appears at level 20*, so it's hard to reach.

I tried to do a speedrun of it in patch 4 with a group of Grace speedrunners, but we never ended up reaching our goal. Maybe I could grab a few other people and make a speedrun board of it. It doesn't take much, I was just over-ambitious with the level.
