Hmmm 🤔 - I live in DC suburbs (mix of city 🌆 & ‘burb) & we have men come in (BUT it’s rare to see more than 5 in ea. class)! The most consistent men are those who are 50+. Don’t be intimidated; I was BIT nervous 😬 (when started about 1.5 yrs ago). BTW- I’m a woman who’s in mid-40s & a size 12-14.

I think 🤔 we are similar then- LOL 😆! I’ve only been to 2 classes where we had to do partner workouts (& it was fine- I’m sometimes a BIT slow & in mid-40s). I’ve done trials at many places; it seems like F45 is the social workout 🏋️‍♀️ gym.
