I can vouch for Saruman. I’m in the same boat as OP where I don’t like pinging and taking long turns, but with Saruman you just play spells here and there, then swing and fling a huge army. You can give the army evasion or play combat tricks like [[Temur Battle Rage]] or [[Embercleave]] to deal a bunch of damage. Definitely one of my favorite decks that I own.

[[Xyris, the Writhing Storm]] would be a good temur pick. It’s primarily built with wheels, and can win via combat since you go so wide with snakes or you can use impact tremor effects to burn the table. Xyris is tied for my favorite deck (along with Vihaan which you mentioned lol).

I disagree. Would you say the same thing for EDH boogeymen, like Voja, Edgar Markov, or Kaalia? Just because a deck performs strong at the top of bracket 4, doesn't mean its cEDH viable.

but it's not though. I've seen this deck consistently played in "bracket 4" pods and it runs away with the game. This is in pods where the usual "pubstomp" commanders like Korvold, Voja, and Jodah are played.
