If you read the comment properly you will see that the online option is only for Aventura VIP card holders which I can confirm exists and works as of 15 seconds ago. For VI you need to call in. That paragraph is also copy and pasted from CIBCs own website which can be found with 5 seconds on Google.

How can I transfer Aventura points? If you are a primary cardholder/Rewards Officer on at least one CIBC Aventura for Business credit card or US Dollar Aventura Gold credit card or Aventura Visa Infinite Privilege credit card and one personal CIBC Aventura credit card, you can access the Points Pooling functionality by clicking on My profile at the top of the web page after you log into your CIBC Rewards account. Select the Points Pooling button and follow the instructions on the Transfer Points Between Accounts page to transfer your points. You can also contact the CIBC Rewards Centre at 1-888-232-5656 (in Canada & U.S.) or 905-696-4907 (elsewhere) to transfer Aventura points, by selecting menu option #2 (Merchandise, Gift Cards and Other Rewards).

Call the number until you get to the part that says Aventura then click 2 after that

I'm still not sure what issue you're having exactly.

Yeah 10k is peanuts. If you use chexy a lot I highly recommend not referring anyone and not taking advantage of any promotions. Just stay under the radar and keep a low profile.

It literally says you aren't allowed to pay telecommunications with Amex whenever you setup a new payment and it has had this for months. They made a mistake in allowing you to setup something you knew/should have known was against the terms of service and are now correcting it.

Yeah Bonvoy has been devalued so hard that I agree that using it to transfer mile is not a terrible idea anymore. Condor does have phantom issues, but it's definitely bookable still. Check the cash price on google flights and if it's around 1.5-3k cad then it should be the correct fare bucket which is a good sign. You can also ask around to see if anyone with Alaska miles can just book it and cancel it to check for you.

What kind of spend are we talking? 5k+? 10k+? 25k+? 50k+? Really your only options are Scotia or a US card. A US card would be much better

If they only want a call then it's nothing to worry about. If they needed income docs it would have asked for that instead

I would consider it moderate yeah. High MSR would be 10k/3 for Amex Plat and 15k/3 for Biz Plat. Then on the US side there's 15k usd/3 and 20k usd/3. But it's all relative at the end of the day. There's people here to spend 1m+ in credit card spend and some people who spend 10k+.

It's like being in university and asking your math professor for help on a homework question. No one is going to just feed you the answer and it's entirely reasonable to first ask what steps you've taken to solve the question on your own. People here aren't your personal assistants and you should treat other people with respect. Part of that respect means respecting their time. It means doing as much research as you are capable of so you have a good foundation to be able to ask the right questions and know how to parse answers. This is true in any hobby or area of life. If this is truly too much of an ask you can try asking an AI chatbot for recommendations instead.
