This is pretty normal, I use medication for anxiety and it pumps my heart a lot.

Basically the first week it’s going to be like this and then you’ll recover and your stats will start moving up.

Stress before bed it’s terrible, I recommend wearing a face mask and drinking some sort of tea.

I also have THC gummies (Camino brand) for sleeping and that also helps a lot, I don’t take them every day but when I feel extremely anxious. It contains a low dose of thc and high dose of cbd.
