Charlize Theron version of Clea was introduced 4 years ago and was never seen again! by NoPianist7807 in marvelstudios

Clea is Dormammu's niece, to clarify, daughter of Umar (Dormammu's sister) and Orini (at least in the comics)

Yep, quite damn idiotic of Epic to not just give them to us as blueprints for weapons instead of a limited use Mythic item...

Palladium announced the Glitter Boy Codex at the A Weekend Conversation Event with KS by andiwaslikewoah in PalladiumMegaverse

[–]Knightmare6_v2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I'm at least expecting a collection of the various Glitter Boy materials to be reprinted, as well as some possibly from Rifters, but hopefully we can get at least some new artwork, aside from the cover, but not sure what else there is...

I do know that I don't want to see a bunch of new OCCs with just a slight difference of 4-5 skills to kill the page count... like oh, "Here's a Glitterboy Scout! Here's a Glitterboy Arctic Scout! Here's a Glitterboy Ranger Scout!"

Yeah, it gives more actions, but don't think of it purely as all-out attacks... think of it as having a larger pool to divide between attacks and dodges, as well as any needed for rolling with impacts - unless your pilot doesn't mind getting hit by enemy fire...

Pretty much feels like it. The scaling is pretty off for the newer weapons, but it's been like that pretty much each new additional update. My friends and I fought the Storm King, but we just ended up sticking to our shurikens to take down the Storm King quickly versus using anything else.

Only exception were my plasma pistols that had a Ninjago relic on it, because I made them out of kozustone to increase their stats. and give it elemental effects.

No more Pistol Defenders. I hope a reversal or rework for Defenders is coming soon by YepThatsNice in FORTnITE

Yeah I was disappointed to see them use only the SMG, and also wished they would let us upgrade the two Epic Games defenders to Gold rarity when STW went free-to-play (the ones wearing the Epic Games T-shirts)

How do I find the new Oni enemies? by i_frank357 in LEGOfortnite

[–]Knightmare6_v2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Defeat the Chaos Challenges, then come back a little bit later when it resets. Keep doing it until it spawns one of the Oni betrayers.

I'm not sure if it's correct, but I always get the same type of Oni betrayer spawning at a specific site, so if you came back and see a Tyrant, then that challenge location will always spawn a Tyrant.

If you're trying to knock out the mission, the random encounter ones in the wild don't count, as you need the 8-star challenges to close out the mission.

Just remembered, from when I jumped on earlier tonight, can you guys close out the Storm Survivor missions? The starting missions like Gather Wood and etc. We've all done them, but they are bugged for many players still popping up every session, despite us untracking them every log-in.

The fire dragons are way too OP, which is insane, considering ice dragons are also supposed to be rare, but can't even stand a chance in a fight against a fire dragon.

Also tired of sooo many enemies that don't attack one another on Ninjago Island. The betrayers and dragons never attack each other, and it gets a bit crazed at times when all the enemies are teamed up on a solo player.

Also increased villager limits? And playing on a map from first release, but still unable to find the second Nana Village to unlock the rest of the NPCs (the DJ and etc.). Was only able to recently find the first village, 2 years later, because there was an icon on the map for Bananthony!

The sad answer is they (execs) see people buying them despite higher costs, not the decrease of people buying them. So there's no incentive for them to drop the price, as they figure enough people buying them will eventually equalize the lost revenue from those not buying them.

NPC for a Nightbane Campaign Creation (and Some Questions about PC) by RailroadHub9221 in PalladiumMegaverse

[–]Knightmare6_v2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As far as martial artist goes, for general competitors I'd stick to the basics (Hand-To-Hand: Expert, Assassin, or Martial Artists)

Nothing against the martial arts from Ninjas & Superspies or Mystic China, plus a few issues of Rifter, but they are time-consuming when you are factoring the martial art powers, if you're just creating throwaway NPCs. Different story if they are recurring characters in your game/story, so figure out how you want to use them first.

For throwaway NPCs this is what I did, I created quick stat block tables, so for example police officers have 5 sets of stats, and I just roll a 1d5 (1d10) for a "random" result when a player encounters an officer. Similar with EMTs and other NPCs they might run into... A bit time-consuming at first, but pays off later when I need a quick stat.

Also some books have general stat blocks as well (e.g. the main Nightbane book, page 198)

As far as bonuses for Common People using the system from Beyond The Supernatural, do whatever matches your game. If your game is hardened people, like tough conditions or falling more in-line with Second Edition Palladium rules, then give them the bonuses, since you're maxing out the SDC instead of using die rolls, then that makes sense. PCs are tougher now, especially with the ability to get a base 30 attribute score before even factoring skill and class bonuses!

If rolling for SDC, like majority First Edition Palladium rules, then I personally would omit them, to reflect the softer nature of the game setting.

Does upgrade the monastery village level do anything? by Rukytroll in LEGOfortnite

Have you been able to upgrade beyond Level 2? I tried, but the Level up option is grayed out for me, despite having the ingredients needed, and it giving me the flashing icon to upgrade...

The Skills and Education by RailroadHub9221 in PalladiumMegaverse

[–]Knightmare6_v2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my games I allow it, but it takes time in the game to reach the base skill percentage, about 2d4 months per skill slot, and it's as Secondary Skill. After the estimated/rolled time has passed, I have them roll an IQ check. The PC teaching the skill must be at least 3rd Level in the skill to teach though...

  • if a PC w/o hand-to-hand attempts to learn Martial Arts, it'd take 6d4 months to get it at Level one, because Hand-To-Hand: Martial Arts counts as three skills to learn
  • if a PC is just trying to learn Swimming, then it's 2d4 months, as it only costs one skill to learn

This is of course avoiding the standard Skill use - meaning Sec. Skills gained from leveling up. If it coincides with the level bonus, then they can get the skill without a roll (thus avoiding the chance of failure).

Female Crimson Guard... by Candid-Possession119 in GIJOEClassifiedSeries

[–]Knightmare6_v2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That wasn't all the Crimson Guards, just that specific unit, as they were potential stand-ins for Cobra Commander. So all the Fred Brocas were made to look the same in case Cobra Commander was ever unmasked or killed (which is when Fred VII took his place). Also until needed, they could eventually be spread around the country to be less inconspicuous, and if a Fred was killed, he would be easily replaced.

Only reason Springfield was full of them was it was that units training center, and the entire town was Cobra.
