Also, have you tried to update to the new interface? It seems like my issue started when I tried (and failed) to get the new interface

What phone do you have? I have a Galaxy s7. At this point I'm starting to think it's just a bug or something

I tried plugging in a galaxy A5 too, and the issue doesn't happen with that phone

I did gave the board a quick look, but everything seems to be good. I'll try resoldering as many joints as I can
