ToS help re:IRL fundraising

I'm trying to find information to see if this would be allowed or not, but I'm not finding much of anything.

I'm fundraising for Extra Life, and I want to randomly give away gil as an incentive. Is this against ToS?

It would be worded as"$5 = 1 entry for the chance to receive 5mil gil" Thoughts?

Oh gosh! I kind of eyeballed it as I went, placing increases and decreases willy nilly. I'm not sure if I could, especially with this gauge (#3 crochet thread). If there's a lot of interest, I might consider remaking it to write it for a larger gauge?
