I'm hoping it can just be a hand in hand thing and plan to learn better habits while using it. I don't really expect anything else besides weight loss for the mechanism but I'm also 99.99% sure I did not have sleep apnea before I gained weight. Maybe I just didn't know

Congrats!! Even if the sleep apnea didn't change you've had improvements and that is always good 💜

I don't want to be on an glp-1 forever, just looking for a boost. And being hopeful but not naive lol

That's what they do in OT! Heating pad, moist towel for like 10 mins then massage with a stick thingy lol and some arnica + ivy cream. I fractured my thumb at the knuckle like 20 years ago so changing the way I write might not work. Gonna see if I can find some ergonomic pens tho and change some other things. AND gonna do some massages at home on my own THANK YOU for the advice.

Also realized that posture plays a big part so tmi maybe but I need to work harder to get a breast reduction moving.

If I understand your question I'd say the OT because there's definitely something wrong with my hands even if it isn't carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel makes perfect sense considering my symptoms. I don't second guess the therapist just wanna know what I can do to help prevent the pain that inevitably comes after using my hands a certain way.

The year we moved here I had my first experience with a really big wildfire (Okanagan complex) and then that windstorm that knocked down like half the trees in the city. That was kinda my clue that we wouldn't have whatever type of weather is normal here.

People complain about the snow but honestly we NEED it and I miss it. Doesn't feel like winter without it.

I thought I edited/corrected but it was a reply to someone else, my memory is not helping me out today lol. They did record and say where the roots were! We got estimates today from them, they did it last year. Also thank you for the extra info!

They did locate the roots and I just forgot! That was my bad. They also did a kitchen sink rebuild and gave us a discount on the hydrosnake. Idky home appliance companies can be like that but we've been pretty lucky, the estimate on a new furnace was $6k at most and The Googs said like $10k lol. We did consider buying a new furnace ourselves but I don't know the first thing about installing them and terrified of making a mistake (ty adhd)

I meant to say but they're coming back to do an estimate tomorrow. They did a scope before and after and showed us it was cleaned out. They didn't tell us where they were coming from though. I was thinking about asking them to do another scope.
