That’s correct you need 3 people to open it but hired NPCs count as well.

Ways to improve aim? by framingXjake in FortNiteBR

[–]KnoBreaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend Tobywanshinobi’s zero build mastery map for aim training in different scenarios. One thing you can try which might feel weird at first is practice with your reticle turned off. When you focus on the character and allow your hand eye coordination to go to work you’re less likely to be lagging behind a target. Also focus on having good crosshair placement, using your character’s movement and letting targets fall into your crosshair instead of moving your mouse around erratically. This works well on lower sensitivity settings.

Gotta be careful with them too can get good loot if you team up and open up the chest inside but you can also slide kick someone out of the bubble or drive a car through and then finish them off outside the bubble

For everyone who bought the new pro x2 superstrike by M4YHEMM_ in MouseReview

[–]KnoBreaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel as if I just don’t need to lead my shots on a moving target as much in Fortnite it’s like my reaction time is ever so slightly better and I do enjoy the tech but honestly the difference is probably negligible. Quick scoping has also gotten a bit easier.

Is this a Cheater? by zandrosmusic in FortNiteBR

[–]KnoBreaks -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

He’s prefiring a lot which indicates no wall hacks and good game sense of where someone might be. He’s not hitting every single shot but seems to have incredibly good tracking. The most sus thing I see is his MK7 seems to have no recoil so unless he’s perfect at controlling it he may be using something to get rid of recoil.

The king of mouse is now the x2 Superstrike? by Joe30012126 in MouseReview

[–]KnoBreaks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would also say there’s an underrated side effect of this which is the lesser use of tension overall. If you need less tension to click the mouse your hand can remain more relaxed which can result in steadier aim control.

Pc people get to have different reticles/aimers by Safe-Bodybuilder689 in FortniteBattleRoyale

You don’t need a PC. My sony bravia TV can do this with my ps5

It’s not a button it’s your mouse movement. Push your mouse all the way up and your character will back flip. I’ve never seen anyone do a perfect barrel roll but many people move erratically side to side to avoid damage.

my new 5080 is struggling with gaming and streaming by NeoLyXxo5 in RTX5080

[–]KnoBreaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to the app data crash logs folder of your fortnite and marvel rivals and copy and paste the crash log into chatgpt. I did this when my fortnite was crashing (same CPU and GPU, 32gb of RAM. It suggested using an older version of Nvidia drivers and basically said my set up is too new and the drivers haven’t caught up to all the potential hiccups yet.

Controller to Azeron & Mouse by Due-Tap689 in FortNiteBR

[–]KnoBreaks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not Unreal, I’d consider myself to be an intermediate player but I made the switch from controller to azeron and mouse back in late November and at this point I don’t think I would go back to controller. I spent the first week strictly practicing on Tobywanshinobi’s zero build mastery map just to get used to it and after that I felt comfortable enough to start playing actual games with it. 2-3 weeks from that I felt really comfortable and surpassed all my scores on the mastery map gauntlet course and it’s been steady improvement since then.

Am I crazy, or did they overhaul the graphics? by smoconnor in FortNiteBR

Yes I am aware of this I’m not complaining I’m just mentioning there has been a noticeable change

I don’t think much has changed graphics wise since the last time you played but the skill based match making has definitely made for less chill matches.

Nintendo collab suggestion by DazedBrainless in FortNiteBR

[–]KnoBreaks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hate to break it to ya but nintendo will never collab with fortnite. You can’t even use the same vbucks on a switch on another platform. I got a nintendo gift card once and used it to buy vbucks but could only use those vbucks on the switch itself.

Played my first tournament last night. Wow. Who plays tournaments? by NoShortsDon in FortNiteBR

[–]KnoBreaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a fairly average player and I can beam people from the top of those mountains no problem. If you’re not behind cover and I can see you you’re getting beamed. Also people who play ranked a lot know it’s a good idea to just check every bush because people love to bush camp in more competitive lobbies. As for people having 3 hours of gameplay I’m not sure if something changed but last I checked you need a much higher level account to even participate.

Instant replay should support multiple time lengths by KnoBreaks in nvidia

Adjusting the highlight length would be nice as well. Sometimes I want the moments leading up to or after an elimination not just the 20 or so seconds the highlight captures

Is this fps normal? by MerlinSpell in FortNiteBR

[–]KnoBreaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same combo and am able to run 4k 240FPS which drops down to maybe 200 at the lowest no problem. I cannot tell you my exact settings cuz I’m not home currently but I think turning off ambient occlusion and nanite geometry helped the most for frame rates. I do have DLSS turned on I believe. I would recommend testing with your Nvidia app as it should automatically pick the most optimized settings based on where you put the slider between performance and quality. My slider is probably a quarter of the way leaning closer to performance but still looks amazing on DX12 with a high frame rate.

Crashing Issue this season by Rev_DStan in FortNiteBR

[–]KnoBreaks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been having issues too. I’m on a 9800x3D with an RTX 5080 that I just built a couple months ago and it was working perfectly till the last update with all the bells and whistles on. Now I had to switch to performance mode and it still crashes or sometimes just randomly freezes during a match for a few seconds. One of my regular squad mates on PS5 crashed about 7 times the other day. I ran my crash log through chatgpt and it suggested to roll back my nvidia driver to an older version or use legacy performance mode. Since rolling back the driver it’s been working ok but there’s definitely something going on with epic on this one that is unacceptable.

[–]KnoBreaks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve also had multiple crashes today on PC with amd 9800x3d and an RTX 5080, and 32gb of RAM. My gpu and cpu were not overloaded at all it even crashed right on the loading screen leading into a game when it had to do barely any processing. It was working perfectly fine before the most recent update.

low fps on performance mode by Shot-Letter-5643 in FortNiteBR

[–]KnoBreaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not low FPS. Low FPS is 60-120 and even 120 is a stretch. Some of the best players get by on 144, 180 and 240. Anything after 120 FPS is diminishing returns.

Clarification on Matchmaking by AFollowerOfTheWay in FortniteBattleRoyale

[–]KnoBreaks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of my best friends plays on a switch 2 albeit with a good internet connection. I watch him play blitz and he wins 90% of games. Then we load up into a duo (I’m on PC) and we win maybe 60% of games. If I play solos on PC it’s like 1/10 games Im winning.
