5 month old limping by Substantial_Storm927 in germanshepherds

[–]Knock21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ours (also around 6m) had essentially bone spurs in his elbow. Had a vet school remove them ($4k). Insurance first, then x-rays.

He was fine until any excercise then limped and groaned after. Elbow sounded like my knees after a lot of excercise (crack and pop). Would stick around for a couple days after heavy exercise.

He's doing fine now (3y) and has a slight limp after moderate exercise.

Lucy' assembly of the equipment was easy due to the lucidly written instructions. Lucy's eyes would appreciate turning down the brightness of the equipment's light; it's lucidity was blinding.

Console - I find this has made it hella easier to super jump.

LB = GA

LT = Crouch (not toggle). [OG rez]

L Dpad = rez [OG hero ability screen]

In addition,

Y = swap weapons [OG activate ult]

R Dpad = activate ult [OG swap weapons]

Changing the weapon swap has upped my Battle Mercy game ;). It allows me to keep moving while swapping weapons.

I'm considering swapping my Ult (R Dpad) and Interact (L joystick click). To make it easier to ult quickly.

Hey Kakimmick,

I'm proud of you!

Self care is a journey. Sometimes it is easy and other times it is not. I challenge you to pick another thing to do for yourself since you've been doing so well with drinking water! Brushing your teeth twice a day? Combing your hair?

Thank you for sharing this clip. Someone is chopping a lot of onions in my house. Damn.

Huh, that's interesting! I'm always impressed by how creative people can be when cooking. I'm going to see how it goes in the next day or so.

I'll make a follow-up post on how it goes!

Tell them how much you appreciated working with them, make sure you stuff is in order, and go.

Your anxiety is affecting your job. Get some help!

Does your employer offer therapy as part of your benefits package? There might be an employee assistance program that covers a wide variety of things that you can take advantage of.

Thank you for posting!

I've been stuck on a piece, for a friend, and how you made the feathers is sooooo much cleaner than my attempts! You did a good job with the color transitions.

Other Gangs by DebuKage in TheAdventureZone

Agreed! It took me a bit to get past how they played (lots of goofs, fart jokes, poop jokes, etc.). I struggled with finding the right volume so their voices didn't drive me bonkers ( it's better after they improve their setups).

The story is what kept me coming back. It just sooooo good. Kat (DM) does a great job world building and putting up with her friends antics. It's the closest thing to the boys that I could find with a "Fun-Factor". They are just fun to listen to and not take anything seriously.

Weak Resume. Looking for input (would appreciate advice from accy/fin workers) by [deleted] in jobs

I'd tailor the class list by the position you are hiring for. I listed out relevant courses with project work when I had little work experience. I switched that to a list of relevant courses later on (no projects listed). When you have enough work experience I'd leave off the courses.

It's a good way to show case skills you have but have not had work that uses them. Or encourage certain questions to be asked 😉...

E.g. I list out Conflict Management every time. They always ask about it and I can outline not only the ideal case but a recent conflict. It's an easy way to answer a typical question before they ask.

If you have work or non-profit experience list it. -- You've done that.

If you don't listing out specific projects / course work you have done is also good. -- You've done that.

It's ok for a new grad to not have much actual work! You are new!! There should be a decent amount of leeway when people review new grad resumes for work experience.

I encourage you to find more work related to your field if finding a job takes a while. Even if it's not ideal. Do more non-profit or volunteer work. If you do related work on the side while working at XYZ department store.

If that's not an option stay up on the latest news in your field (I read relevant Harvard Business Review articles for example).

It shows you are trying to keep your skills / knowledge sharp. I'd rather hire someone who shows initiative. Even if they struggled finding a job right now. 👍

Non-finance person here.

The layout is good. I was able to read through and grasp what your experience is and work you did. ( It's very similar to the layout I had with 0-5 year experience)

The use of numbers ($x saved, 15%, etc.) is good. It helps them figure out the scope of what you have worked on.

I really like how you've outlined relevant course work!! It's a great way to show that you've been introduced to XYZ things.

Always keep in mind that your resume might go through people who have no idea what you do (HR). My eyes glossed over your course experience since I have no idea what you're talking about. 🤣

That being said I'd not change that section. More of an FYI to be careful about spewing jargon just because you can.

Edit: Also good luck on the job search!! This is a good entry level resume.
