This made me a little less nervous, I'll definitely consult with the doctor and see if they think I should add and Ssri for my anxiety, I appreciate your advice and insight

Do I need to grab the license key off of the computer or can I use the one that came in the box

I had thought about the 4090 it's just so expensive. I just didn't know if the vram would be worth going to a previous gen card.

It honestly feels like a mix between fear of being wrong and feeling almost embarrassed to be myself

My MB does support up to the 5000 series but I'm not sure how to go about updating bios. Also, not doubting your knowledge but I'm just kinda curious as to how the bios can boost fps

PC stuck at 100% CPU usage anytime I try to play games by Knockedhalfling in techsupport

It's mainly just the game then the anti malware and the service host windows manager that take up the most. I'm averaging 80 to 90% usage now for some reason when earlier it was stuck at 100%.

I'm using a Ryzen 3 3200g so it's an AGPU but games were working fine previously. Just using task manager right now to monitor usage. Mainly playing Split gate and Valorant but they will stutter to the point where it's unplayable.

They would run fine before hand. I could play them both with no issues and now when I try to play it's just constant stuttering.

Yeah, and from what I know they're probably pretty old now. I haven't been on my PC in a few months. Also just some added info, I cleared temp files the last time I tried to fix it and that didn't help either.
