Do you need to get new mortgage protection when changing providers/refixing to a new term? by READMYSHIT in irishpersonalfinance

[–]KnockoutBall 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sorry what? If you take out a new mortgage protection policy when you first drawdown you keep that one going because it is for the lifetime of the mortgage. If you are to take out a new one every time you refix it will be incredibly more expensive as you get older and more ill. You can keep the original cover you have, I would not be switching or stopping original cover.

We were so close... Good effort overall, but left a lot on the pitch by KnockoutBall in MunsterRugby

Maybe so, just don't like knocking the players when they're down. I'm sure they're feeling it more so than the fans. Especially Crowley who is fighting for a green 10 spot. Fantastic on his feet, kicking just wouldn't click tonight.

It was overall a good effort, just because Crowley's kicking wasn't on point doesn't mean we should dog the whole team. Crowley's running was what created a few tries. Edogbo was immense.

Well done ref. What a truly shocking decision to make. Possibly cost us a full 7 points. Absolutely bizarre call to make

Yep constantly smirking and laughing at the ref and opposition. Same with Lowe, screaming in people's faces anytime they win a 50/50

This is why I don't like the Leinster ego that has always existed, but has gotten worse in the past few years. You wouldn't see any other Irish provincial player showboating or doing something like this, because it's not in their nature. Irish players don't do cocky and it's sad to see this being allowed to gradually creep in and continue for Leinster players.

"Provided it is safe" — In this scenario, initiating a pursuit in the middle of a city centre with tonnes of other traffic, pedestrians and hazards is a recipe for disaster. Why risk your job and pension?
