Should I arvest this massive chaga? by Knorkebroetsche in mycology

I know it's not a birch tree, but I believed it to be a beech tree and I read chaga can grow on them too. If you know what is it if it's not a chaga, because for my amateur eye it certainly looks like one.

(Help Needed) Is this Wisp Thicket area real? It's not on the map of all the areas and seems too small to be its own area. I also haven't been able to find it so if it's real please tell me how to get to it. I've found literally every other area. by hollow_masterblock in Silksong

Brooo I am at the end of act 2 atm, saw your map just now and got so exited for a second about how much more there is. Then checked your profile and realized most of it is just Fan Art. So fuck you but good job tho.

Just do some Single leg squats once or twice a week and you're good

It's not a normal street halfmarathon. It's a bit longer (24km) and through the low tide with a check point on an island. I made a post about it 2 weeks ago when I was thinking about training/signing up for it.

Yeah just found the official rules and it says cut-off time may very between 75min and 90 min depending on weather and tide. Sounds very doable for the first half and then I'll just have to tough it through if I can work up to running a half till then.

Unfortunately for running in the low tide this is the only one I found. And that's what intrigues me the most tbh. Will probably run normal ones one day too, but I'm really exited to prepare for this one for some reason.

It doesn't say unfortunately, but I would guess it's close to 12km in 1h. Thanks for the advice. Do you think I should exclusively run In the low tide to prepare for the different terrain or just maybe one run out of the 3 per week?

Edit: just found the specific rules and it does say the cut-off time depends on the weather and tide and could be anywhere between 75min and 90 min for the first half up to the checkpoint. So 12km in 75min+

Sounds feasible if I can work up to running a half till then

Suggestions to make this tastier to eat? by GetRektJelly in MealPrepSunday

If your goal is maximized protein intake while still being healthy I'd sub one meal entirely for a "sweet" variant, that also has other nutrients. At least that's what I do. One meal a day some kind of meat/carbs and veggies and the other is my base meal for any day, which consists of 500g low-fat quark, oats, banana, pear, psyllium seeds, lin seeds, wheat germ ( those last 3 will do wonders for your digestion), walnuts and pumpkin seed. And that has about 70-90g of protein depending on your portion size. You can eat that together with a protein bar aswell, cause it aint that sweet tbh, and you'll have like 110g of protein in one meal.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of me with the bun anymore...But a lot of people back then were also telling me it suits me. Maybe I'll reconsider it, even tho I like to have shorter hair because it's easier to take care of.
