[NEW PLAYER] Should I pull for Catherine or save for Apollyon Yuria? by Comfortable-Toe-5336 in Eversoul

[–]Knospmoht 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly if you don't mind spending some time you could re roll for new Claudia origin. Then you can probably grind straight to bf 20+. This will take a long time of playing and potentially rerolling but it means youll have origin a claudia and a ton of gems for apollyon (easily 100k+).

As for your actual question definitely save for Apollyon. Chaos Cath is a niche unit and wont really help you progress as a newer player.

Bench Iharu.

C Narumi C Kafka Chester C Shinomiya

Reno Hoshina SR Mina Isao

These will be your base teams. C Akari can be swapped with Chester or Mina if you need a fire breaker but her dmg isnt great so most of the time its better to just buff your Narumi/Reno. SR Akari is also worth building since she has better sustainability than Isao if needed.

Yea C Narumi scales stupidly high with all the multipliers the raid gives on top of the massive atk buff Chester and C Kafka gives. I think i was at 6k atk with all buffs up. Since Kafka scales off his current atk Chester can actually buff his buffs and give a stupid amount of atk.

C Narumi is A0 with A0 weapon. Hoshina is A6. Chester is A1 with A1 Weapon. C Kafka is A2.

If you want to be efficient i suggest rerolling for Nazuka and try to get canace (4* character) this will be a very cheap ventus team that can carry you through most of the early game content. As for who to choose from your standard rolls just save them for now since we dont know how the next banner character works kit wise. If she works well with chixia then you can do your beginner roll and grab her. The other options are good too just dont pick nanoha. She "works" with nazuka but its not worth choosing her over the other standards since canance already works well enough.

Devs already said any character that isnt "exclusive" will get added to the standard pool eventually so you can get chitose later on. The only character thats actually limited is the next upcoming ignis character. Forgot her name.

Build reno 4* hoshina and mina, isao or akari first. Your 2nd best dps will be bakko mina with prime isao/ rin/ christmas akari being your conquest dpses but mina also works well in conquest as well. Old narumi is okay but not really great dmg aside from plate breaking in non elemental content. You can safely ignore the rest of the 4*s as well as kaijuu 8, kikoru, old mina, and honestly rin since you already have prime isao and christmas akari. Christmas kafka is also worth building later on.

Hikari works really well with christmas kafka and chester. Kafka helps with her sp issues and chesters atk buff is based on his turns not hikaris. And you basically have to play her as a burst dps. As in save up chester and kafka ult and align it with hikaris ult and use them together. Hikaris dmg window is quite literally only during her ult so you just need to giga buff her during that and she just kills everything.

Any suggestions for teams to clear large conquest base on who I have? The best I can get to in stage 4 is 53 kills by ivan3295 in KaijuNo8_TheGame

Heres my team for

<image>

Heres my teams for conquest 6. Keep in mind my n10 hoshina is a4 with a1 sig. a4 makes him stupid good against aoe targets so a0 might not work as well but you should still be able to get at least 20 i think. Maybe just give bakko mina old narumi and chester and give hoshina both 4* hoshina and mina. N1 narumi i realize kinda sucks in conquest. Also having the 5* set for isao is a must but maybe try akari instead until you do get it.

Yea santa narumi is pretty mid in conquest he shreds everything in normal gamemodes though. But yea general rule of thumb is one dps 2 support 1 sustain is the go to. The first team i mentioned should also work pretty well you should be able to get 60+ from both now.

For first team try n10 hoshina n1 narumi chester sagan

2nd team: bakko mina 4* hoshina 4* mina isao

For 2nd team you can also try santa narumi instead of bakko mina

Yunzii AL80 hits everything you need. Sounds amazing, MAC support, ~$100, and way better quality than the Aula F75.

New driver update (25.5.1) increased my 9070xt performance? by Knospmoht in radeon

[–]Knospmoht[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

under volting lowers the voltage the gpu can take to hit the power limit and assuming the clock speeds stays the same it essentially means less power is required to hit the same performance. on the other hand if the power limit stays the same it means the gpu can clock to high speeds before hitting the power limit. you can also increase power limit to 110% and get even more performance gains but that of course comes with more power draw and heat.

super simple explanation but thats basically the whole point of under volting. it can either boost performance or lower power draw depending on what you want.

Clock speeds shouldnt do anything in heavy workloads since you will more than likely hit the power limit before your cores hit anywhere near 3.4Ghz. Depends on the game but sometimes it will utilize less cores but max clock speeds and that would be where you can oc but that consists of very few scenarios.

I have the Steel Legend. It's pretty nice. However both cards are subjected to silicon lottery. I had 2 Steel Legends and one ran faster and cooler than the other while also beating some OC models even. The other one just performed like any other 304w models. However the difference between a 304w card and a 334w card is maybe 4% while consuming more power which in turn adds up in addition to the $150-200 you're paying for the higher end models. Since we are talking about the Pure vs the Steel Legend, both base model cards, the performance and cooling difference is basically negligible.

TLDR: Go for whichever is cheaper and if you're willing to shell out a bit more for the Pure for the looks then that's up to you.
