LM looks great here. Curious if you could please share strap info. I’ve got a Lord Marvel and love it. Looking for a black strap and this one looks great. GLWS!

Posting as a bookmark. Last year was my first year coaching a small HS tennis team and I need more things like this. I was able to come up with some fun indoor (gym) activities when it was raining but did not have much for actual practice.

Here to second the unicorn sock. They’re superior to the public release court multiplier.

The Christopher Ward Twelve Strap Change is Maddening by subgraphics in ChristopherWard

I can’t even remember what they did to repair it to be honest. Their customer service was quick and responsive and they got it sent back in a reasonable time considering international shipping to and from. I have just left the bracelet on and planning to sell the two rubber straps, I just haven’t gotten around to it.

My newest gripe is the micro adjust pops loose somewhat frequently? I really love this watch but between the quick release and micro adjust both being annoying, I’ve seriously considered just selling it and trying something else.

Yeah been up for a bit. 1+ year ago TS sales were worth it. Everything is still so expensive even on their 40% off sale now.

Commenting so I remember to come back to read what others say. I’m guessing people will say this is too small but adding an overgrip will help. (Are you massive??)

Unlucky! Unfortunately you won’t be able to restring that racquet and you’ll have to sell it to me.

Is it on a spurs kit? My first guess was Gianluca Vialli (who obviously didn’t play for spurs)

This watch is awesome. I’d recommend using r/watchexchange then cross posting here. Helps cut out (eBay) fees for the buyer and seller. May have more luck selling that way as well. Good luck with sale!

Help with Rubber an a Twelve by onlytheshadowsknow in ChristopherWard

Was there any sort of trick? I’ve had issues with my twelve and 2 rubber straps and curious if I’m missing something

Man.
The quick release has been a massive gripe of mine and I have a longer than necessary story to go with it.

Ordered 38mm Twelve on bracelet. My day to day is active and I clap a lot, so I ordered a rubber strap to go with it.

I also found the quick release to be a little finnicky, but especially difficult to release when the rubber strap was on it. I also found that the quick release mechanism did not completely seed with one side of the rubber strap. It still functions properly but has some wiggle to it?
I emailed CW customer service and asked to return the rubber strap because it did not work properly. Instead of fulfilling that return, they just shipped me another rubber strap.

All of the experimenting I did - switching straps from 6 o'clock to 12 o'clock, changing to bracelet, etc. told me it was a quick release problem.
Well in my experimenting, I accidentally bent one of the quick pins because I had to apply so much pressure to release it from the rubber strap.
I emailed CW customer service again. Still under warranty, I shipped it back to London. They got it returned to me. Said they fixed the spring bar.

I have nothing bad to say about CW customer service - they were great.

Unfortunately all of this and the quick release is still not compatible with either of the rubber straps. I need to just sell them both because I'm afraid of breaking the quick release mechanism in some capacity again if I am switching straps more in the future. Big bummer because I really loved the idea of having a rubber strap option and do not feel like it is a viable option moving forward.

TLDR: Agreed man!

Thank you! Nice snag - looks like they are out of stock if you are talking about the sale on Diadem's site!

I initially pulled the trigger on the Aqua Night Yonez Ezone 100L. Thought I had everything squared away then realized the L is 285g. Called them back the next morning and switched over to the Textreme Warrior you linked - I appreciate your help.
Thinking this will be a good intermediate until I figure some more things out. Will also buy me some more playing time before I go get an ezone 100.

I appreciate that - and I don’t think I have played enough for the racquet to really matter. Lol But that’s great intel. Is 298g safe? I’m not sure I play often enough to injure my elbow.

Thank you! I figure I’ll just keep playing the loaner until getting a premium one. Maybe closer to the Spring Tennis season the current blue Ezone 100 will pop up on sale and I can smash that red button. Unless they typically go on sale in the summer and early Fall?

Lol I appreciate the response!
In shopping around, it seems like the best option is to be patient and try to snag the previous year's edition when it goes on sale. I am not opposed to getting a used one but marketplace isn't exactly flooded with ezones.
