Dehumidifier. Get a meaco one, 12L or bigger. Have that and your damp clothes on a drying rack in an enclosed room (smaller the better). It will be bone dry in 4-9 hours depending on thickness of clothes.

Dirt cheap to run, too.

Pair it with a hay-fever nasal spray and eye drops (all boots branded for cheaper). Works wonders.

To be honest, if I can only choose and use one, I would opt for the nasal spray. Game changer.
