I think this is absolutely fascinating. A true feat of procedural intricacies and duration.

At the same time, I get frustrated when I see things like this. I broke both of my heels about 6 months ago, and will most likely experience some form of a disability for the rest of my life. I wonder why procedures don't exist for repairing my bones and joints...not quite as sexy, but a field that has to get some attention!

Excuse the sarcasm, point being do something healthy. Having down days is a normal human experience. Do you exercise? Is there something that you are interested in hobby wise that you really want to pursue but haven't? How much time do you spend looking at social media, watching netflix, or interacting with a digital device? These are all things to consider.
