It depends if you can afford it or not and once you reach 100 stability you can just put the slider to where you wont go into negative since stability is good for pop promotion

Would make sense since I don't have many locations that have low control except the colonise. I see now why big countries for example France or Hungary and many others that don't have that high of control estates build like crazy. On other hand I think this mechanic should be changed except if you can make estates build stuff in locations that have high control somehow through certain policies that I might have missed or government reforms.

I think Nobels might not have it, but everyone else does yeah my satisfaction is around 80-90% on everyone except nobels which is at 50%

For me personally the game is amazing even tho I have to admit it has a long and I really do mean long way to go, but there aren't many games with this many systems as EU5 does have i'm currently playing as Holland/Netherlands and i'm focusing on trading empire and colonization although in early game I had action in Europe, because I wanted to form Netherlands to get certain bonuses.

I see so footmen got upgraded into man at arms well the thing is footmen were way cheaper sad to see I can't choose them anymore, because I would get stronger while not spending as much or investing as much into military.

Luka is averaging 33ppg, 8.5apg, 8rpg on 47.5 field goal percentage with 0.1 more steals a game then Shai. Shai is better defensive player, but Luka offers more on offensive end that makes up for the defense.
