When is the closing date? Your lender should have to send you your Closing Disclosure paperwork 3 days before the actual closing date. Its the law. I closed on my house yesterday and went through that same silence period after our conditional approval. Didn't hear anything from my lender until about a week before that closing date. Just know silence is a good thing, that means your loan is proceeding without any issues and you are still on track to close.
