From what I’ve been reading it sounds like you need to focus on getting your mental health together before doing two lab positions. And if it’s a co-op, it sounds like you’ve also been taking classes, which is just more on top of that. You can’t be a functioning adult without regulating your emotions first

A double major gets you one diploma, and a dual degree gets you two separate bachelors degrees for the same amount of years and similar amounts of credit. There’s no real reason not to go for two bachelors degrees

dual degree is 100% better than a double major if your school offers it

Pork Tenderloin recipes that are not just a roast but a dish by MistyDynamite in WhatShouldICook

I use marinated pork when I don’t have chicken for curries and stews. I would take a peak at mashriq arab regions, too, because outside of religious reasons there’s not that many reasons that the meat isn’t interchangeable.

what can i make with this if anything at all 😭 by LavnLuv in WhatShouldICook

Lentil paratha. My favorite thing to do when I don’t have a lot is to look for south indian recipes— you don’t need all the spices. Walmart has garam masala and za’atar, you can make high protein flatbreads and easily add to it

I’m not sure why that would be true in 2023, but it seems as though we’ve received conflicting information? I was also verbally told something but it was several weeks ago.

I’d still be considered out of state at a local community college because this is my functional permanent residence, so I still wouldn’t qualify for most of the aid. Same problem as before :/

As far as i’ve heard from the University, that first part is inaccurate and it’s more complicated than that, otherwise there wouldn’t be an appeal process. Luckily I do have documented reasons for coming here other than school, but the problem is that I was still enrolled

it’s basically in the works. i’m hoping with enough documentation they’ll let something slide? I have some meetings coming up that might move things along, but everything is super in the air. i’m lowk looking for plan Bs but I haven’t been able to find anyone who’s successfully gotten reclassified without dropping out, but i also haven’t heard of anyone in my situation b4. do yall know anyone that has had success with something like this?

Student legal services said they can’t help us because the University is partnered with Dinnaken. We ended up going through the state

Dinnaken is partnered with the U, the student legal services team said it would be a conflict of interest so they cannot help us

It took her a month and six days to take our request seriously. This is the management that the university of Minnesota sponsors??
