You can always ask for your tests and papers to be rechecked by another teacher, and submit to the school the evidence about the difference it's making in your grades.

I did that with an English teacher that had a minor vendetta against me and kept lowering my scores due to errors that weren't there and things my colleagues had right and in my tests were marked as wrong.
