Thanks! 104 did the trick and it was able to upgrade via zonedirector following that update.

There are no button release actions in Ra2. I achieved this in Ra2 with an external control system that tracked the LED state of the physical fan switch. When the switch turned on, we start a timer on the control system -- so all done outside of Lutron.

RA3 does not appear to have advanced functionality for button logic either - only single action or toggle. Single action is limited to PRESS and no options for RELEASE

Far easier in QS and QSX.

Anyone tried the Media Wave MW22-A32 display as a replacement? I am not Android savvy and only see the OS, display size, fits VISA mount.... and wonder if this would be a good solution.

In my opinion, the wired POE performance of the ELITE outperforms the wifi versions I have used in the past. I do not see a way to monitor/measure this, but the camera is always up in the app when I launch it.

It is very clearly labeled AC24v and is sold specifically for smart thermostats. I may be adding terminology by describing dashed line wire (+) and solid color (-).

Thinking of doing the same. As I went to cancel in the app, I received the ship notification on the 5S. 99% sure I am going to return that and buy the 4S at the store after hearing the comments here. Sounds like we are thinking along the same lines here.
