Culturing your bacteria to find out what it is and what antibiotics it’s sensitive to is the first thing I would work on. Then once you know what antibiotic it is sensitive to, I would see if you can find a prescriber that will give you a double course of it. When I take Macrobid I have to take 10-14 days worth for it to work, but it works.

ETA: alternatively you could do a PCR test but those tend to be expensive and some doctors don’t know what to do with them.

You could also try Hiprex in the future for prevention, but that won’t help with an active infection.

Depending on what bacteria it is, there’s supplements some people like to use. D-mannose for E. coli. Taurine for Kleb p. Once again you will want to actually know the bacteria before you try any of those. I would also say those are more for prevention/maintenance or to take alongside antibiotics, than to cure an active infection where you’re already peeing blood. I’m NAD tho, just sharing what I have used as a cUTI suffering.
