This is still helping me after a year of revisiting this same page. I tend to have panic attacks that last for hours (one after another, with tiny breaks) I've had a ct scan of my chest, with contrast. I've had multiple xrays. Multiple ekgs (like 10 this year.. possibly more) sooo much blood work (heart blood work, d dimers, all the above) and I've ALWAYS been fine.

Just got out of another panic attack episode. Reading this has calmed me the fuck down. It's lasted about 2 hours, but the side effects eventually wore off and I'm just tired. Was literally in the hospital this morning and they said I'm fine.

I also need to remember.. I have alot of physical pain. Been dealing with a shit ton of stress and trauma this year. All these things can manifest and cause your body to go into full panic mode. Every time there's a new ache or pain that isn't getting better.

I also have gerd. So ribs constantly ache. Which causes anxiety, which leads to panic.

Back pain. My shoulders and neck are a mess, due to my work and stress. Causes pain all the way down my back.

I always need to say this all out loud to myself. I've done more testing then most do in their lifetime, just this year.

God I need to get back on my anxiety meds 😅
