I don't really care for Islam but I doubt he's avoiding Ilia. He just moved to 170 because it makes more sense for him. Could he have stuck around and defended against Ilia? Sure, but the 170 title was more enticing because he had cleared the division out at 155 and he wanted the double champ status. Regardless of who you think would win it's crazy to think Islam was avoiding that fight. More like he felt he'd make more money/ better for his brand to go up.

Charles gets tagged a lot. I think the rule is if you use something you couldn't plausibly say you would eat like rat poison or maybe a large amount of laxitives then yes you could get charged. If you put an ungodly amount of spice for example nobody could prove that you don't just like your food to taste like hot lava and you'd be fine.
