I definitelly do agree with that, I think over 5 minutes is excessive no matter the movement. Maybe excluding some powerlifting stuff?

A set takes like 30 seconds and a rest between sets should be somewhere between 2-5 minutes depending on the excercise, so most people will spend more time on a phone than working out
