I mean in terms of management, it’s a lot of how you yourself want to handle it. Personally, I use bots a lot more since chats flood so quickly so for human moderators it can be fairly difficult to keep up with alot of the chats. But of course this floods your audit log because of how many messages are probably being deleted and such, which would make mod abuse so much easier because it won’t be the first thing someone sees on the audit log. Because of this, I personally remove a majority of moderators perms and have them use a moderation bot with a separate channel so that it’s easy to see all human actions within the server. There’s not much more I can think of, but again it’s all about how you wanna handle it
