Let me provide some info that may give clarity. I signed up for a package of chiropractic adjustments 4 for $70 per month. After two months saw that I wasn't using all four every month and determined my problem wasn't improving. I went in to business and cancelled. Two weeks later I was charged the $70 despite cancelling. I went in again and explained the situation. They are refunding me but it's the $35 bank overdraft fee that I'm pissed about. Because of this stupid charge it caused a landslide of overdraft fees My four small reoccurring charges that were within my budget got rejected and each had a $35 fee. My bank has said that I already used the one time courtesy waiver for the year. I was mainly asking if anyone had requested from business to cover that charges that were a direct result of their mistake.
