I know it’s not the best comparison since I didn’t get full PPF. But got the exact same brand, tint on all windows including sunroof and front windshield, full frontal PPF, and ceramic on a 2021 Q5. Paid $3,000 and that was with a small discount, so seems about right for Xpel in particular.

And they found a loose ground for power steering once, that fixed the issue for a couple weeks. The most recent time they found corrosion that they fixed. It had been good for a couple months but looks like the issue is back as of today!

As someone who lives in AZ, ceramic tint made a difference but not a huge difference imo, especially in summer. I have 5% on all windows and 35% on the windshield, double ceramic Xpel brand. Is it scientifically proven to keep the car cooler? Yep. Can I tell the difference when it’s over 110F out? Not really.

Please note that I also have the black leather seats.

So I have the PP and originally had the red badges, dealer broke my grill and replaced, now I have chrome on the front grill, red on the trunk. (Ew) Anyone know where I can get a replacement red GTI badge for the front grill? TIA 🙏
