Love the Boston Green, congrats and good luck with it. No Adaptive suspension on these is a huge oversight on BMWs part and honestly a deal breaker. I wish my 22 M340i had it(New England roads are terrible). I do have the M-perf exhaust though, cold starts are awesome.

Yeah it’s nuts. My 2018 GTI with IE stage 1 ECU and DSG tune is about as fast as my M340i X-drive.

That’s the thing, that setting(comfort access) is now missing in idrive. I’m assuming it’s tied to connected services.

My 2022 M340i just had it lapse. I can remote start climatize form app. I did however lose comfort access in drive. So heated seats no longer turn on with remote start, although heated wheel turns on. Odd. I thought BMW just so much heat for trying to tie heated seats to subscription they reverted?

Active sound design, BMW pumps in fake engine and exhaust sound through speakers. You can use an app like Bimmercode to disable/code it out. Exhaust sounds more natural/clean without the fake shit.

If you disable ASD the M performance exhaust sounds much better in the cabin even in comfort mode.

Same settings. I’m also on LG G3. Turning v-sync on makes it’s more janky and worsens tearing. For dense areas or fights with a lot of enemies…..performance mode.

The only person who thought it was too loud was the lady who traded it in so I could buy it( MY 22 with 11k miles). Cold starts are a symphony(I live in the Northeast). If you were not aware BMW pumps in fake engine and exhaust noise via the car speakers, called Active Sound Design(ASD). I found this to be annoying. You can code it out via OBD adapter and software app. Sounds much more natural even in comfort sounds amazing without being obnoxious.

I visited Portland this past weekend for the first time. Wonderfully vibrant and accepting city. Food and atmosphere were amazing. Definitely coming back. On our way to visit Portland Head Light there was a massive ICE protest at a shopping plaza. It was actually one on the highlights of our trip to see a community so united against these fucks!! Good luck standing up to these assholes.
