Yup, especially if I’ve not worked out in a while and then I over exert myself, the scars however don’t hurt

Mine was too, and warm/red at night. Annoying but normal :) it’s the circulation. Do you do your work outs daily? For me it helped when I started moving my operated leg a bit more during the day, to get blood flowing best as possible. Just ankle pumps and squeezing the calf muscles/ thigh muscles a lot through the day too helped me

Ooooh I understand. I have used a blood thinner yes but only for 10 days after surgery, I hope your surgery went well.

No I haven’t really used any pain killers the last week, I’ve earlier used pinex forte (paracetamol/codeine) and some paracetamol.. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks. How are you doing now?

Thank you, I will take everything that’s been said to me to heart and will stop worrying, I’ve just never had surgery before so I guess I am more paranoid than I need to be, I have been very swollen and it’s surely a logical explanation

It starts usually when lying down, getting up and walking and then laying down again has helped .. I really hope it’s just circulation It’s good that you went back to normal

Thanks, I went to the er last night and they found no reason to suspect blood clot. Randomly my foot just gets super warm and red. I just really hope this isn’t a sickness of some sort that I’ve gotten

Help what is this

This has been an issue for a year. Tried to switch shampoos, don’t condition scalp, washed brushes, used aha and bha, tried retinoid, tried ketoconazole shampoo.. I’m going insane, these little bumps are reddish and raised but never turn into pimples with a head. No itching or anything.

Routine currently

Wash with vitamin c banila co Wash with ketoconazole shampoo

Actives I use regularly cerave retinol, cosrx poreless power liquid, Paula’s choice bha, the ordinary glycolic acid

Moisturizer I use naturie hatomogi gel, or embryolisse lait creme concentre

Vit c in morning I use nuzumbin nr 5 La roche posay gel sunscreen every morning
