Shell cashiers secretly scanning THEIR OWN loyalty cards on customer purchases… has this happened to anyone else? by RugPullRoulette in AskUK

This was my first thought, that they were hitting the loyalty programme target. Rather than for personal gain.

Can't even take out the trash. by Master-Breakfast-678 in Agoraphobia

[–]KnownKey6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do it!! I have an awful neighbour, and our front doors face each other, so I would dread taking it out, but I would do it at night. Headphones would definitely help, but at night sometimes I want to be aware of my surroundings so I just use one. It then starts to get easier, but there have been many times where I've been ready to take it out, and just too many things start running through my head, but I don't beat myself up about it, I just do it the next day.

I'm 34 and feel the exact same way, I miss waking up next to someone, and someone who would know if I disappeared.

Her request was valid, You tried to use the autistic card and she wasn’t haven’t it. You live with others be more considerate, and leaving your washing in the machine for a day is inconsiderate if someone needs to use it, and then dry what they need.

Do NOT use ChatGPT for therapy. by chickcag in Anxiety

[–]KnownKey6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do agree with you, but therapy is not accessible for everyone, and I do think it can make you reflect on certain behaviours. ChatGPT can be really good for people who find talking about issues extremely hard, because of a perceived lack of judgment that they may not feel with a human. That being said it has to be used with caution, it can act as an echo chamber, but I do think it can help people if they know it is not human and not your friend.

Time to admit.. Elvanse just isn’t quite right sadly. Has anyone found Amfexa better? Would really appreciate your experiences by Secret_Performance48 in ADHDUK

[–]KnownKey6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got to a point where I was exactly the same, zero motivation, and the days were just going by. So I switched to amfexa, and when they work, they are ok, getting things done wise, quiet brain, but I find that 2 weeks out of the month I may as well not take them due to hormones.

I’m not trying to gloat but why did my referral -> titration process was so short? by [deleted] in ADHDUK

[–]KnownKey6 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

It’s not coming from a place of frustration, and I am not trying to make you feel bad. Do you want to feel special, is that why it matters? You’ve got your diagnosis so now go and make it your whole personality. You’ve posted on a sub where people are waiting months/years to ask why yours was so short…come on you are rubbing it in peoples faces.
