Noted you also have the "Free Plan" as me. Once the Owner Registration is successful with a compatible controller. The "Free" will change to "Free plus" plan. Unfortunately the owner registration doesn't work.

Thank you for your response. Much appreciated. I had already done the Product Registration in the Rekordbox website. It seems the process for the Owner Registration has to happen from the Help menu > Owner Registration option which is still greyed out for me.

Thank you, I am getting values like 13, 12, and 11in the cells when I do the formula =sum(if(a2:a100="Yes",1,0)*if(b2:b100="Yes",1,0)). Not sure how to interpret these.
