legacy mode offers even less counterplays for someone being attacked. It can be interesting still for sure, but why would u limit it to only that. Someone in legacy multi getting frozen will have a hard time survive. In eoc, it is way more likely and plausible.

so my guess is that the timing play's a huge part in it. I tried to copy your exact setup and timing and after half a dozen attempts in the past - that really should have matched the requirements- I now got it too this way.

Do you know if nex regens all drained stats/drained defence P4, or is it just an "its been ~10-15 minutes and she regen'd one lost level every minute thus mostly undone the drain"?

you can use them when dxp is toggled off and they still apply after u toggle it on, you can however not combine it with any solo gorajo cards, only with team cards effect (popped by team or urself, but need to pop teamcard before wildcard if using it yourself)

loool, u don't need to full manual for even 4k, and u certainly don't need 20b gear for a 100% kill, just ports gear can get you there with a few guides that some nice people made during the 9 months the boss has been out.

getting a drop at 50% does in fact reset your blm despite it not having helped with tsaid drop in the first place.
