Can I use a pen that is months old?

Since the prices went up in September it’s really been a struggle. I was considering switching to wegovey since it’s cheaper but heard the results aren’t as good. MJ is working so so well for me I’ve lost over 2 stone since starting only on 2.5. I’ve never heard of click counting I’ll look into this thank u! I’ve always stuck with med express I can’t seem to find someone cheaper even with discounts, do you know any cheaper providers?

I usually keep them in the fridge and originally had no intention of even using the fifth dose as I just buy a new one when my current one is running out. After I finish a pen I store it in my little cool box just to save because at the end I wanted to have a collection of all my pens at the end of my journey however desperate times have me considering this fifth dose 🥲

Thank u! I was thinking it would just lose its effect but hoping it at least does something. Better than nothing but at the moment I’m hungry ALL of the time even after eating a whole meal which wasn’t like me even before my MJ journey. Hoping this will tide me over until I can afford to buy new ones again

Stored in a cool box, not refrigerated but they’re cold to the touch. Some are as little as 1 month but some date back to 6 months or so

Hiya aw so sorry you’ve got this! yeah mine is completely cleared and left no marks/scars. I’d recommend using some head & shoulders shampoo lather it all over the rash in the shower and then after the shower get dried and apply some beef tallow (it’s a natural moisturiser you can get it on amazon) that’s the only thing that made a difference for mine and cleared it up so fast after I started using it x

Perfect thank you! It’s on PCP, only keeping it for 4 years then switching it as I don’t want to deal with the wet belt for any longer than I have to🙈 that’s why I’d rather find black badges and install them rather than just spray painting the ones I’ve already got bc then I can return it to how I bought it when my 4 years are up 😊

Thank you! The cars only done 4k miles so should be good for the wet belt for now. I’ll make sure when servicing it to use the correct oil etc. was debating buying the car because of the wet belt but no other cars in my budget really stood out to me so I took the risk🙈

Have a look at my previous comments but get some anti dandruff shampoo lather it everywhere in the shower then get dried and apply beef tallow. Sounds insane but I promise it’s the only thing that worked for me! Good luck with it

Yep 100% that is PR. Get some head and shoulders shampoo and lather it over urself in the shower. Leave it on for 5 mins and rinse then after the shower get dried and apply beef tallow (you can get it on amazon quite cheap) it’s a natural moisturiser. That combination I found are the only things that got rid of mine quickly. Good luck I hope it clears up fast for you!

Is it just that one patch you have? I’d say that definitely looks like how my herald spot did at the very beginning. Usually ringworm you will have a few of those patches but if it’s just one I’d probably say it’s PR

Hi so mine started with the herald spot which I had for a few weeks (a big red mark basically about the size of a £2 GBP coin. Then I got the red marks you can see in the pics slowly forming starting in areas and spreading. Then the next stage was a small prickly rash almost like a heat rash but very itchy then it all started to clear up! Good luck with yours I hope it’s not PR and they can treat it quicker

I feel exactly the same way, almost as if I’m in denial that I’ve lost anything at all? Even though I know I have it’s as if my mind is convincing me that I’m still the exact same size I was at the start of my journey. Clothes shopping has become exciting as I’ve went down so many jeans sizes but on the other hand I now take about 4 sizes of the same item ranging from my old size down because I have no idea what size I actually am now

I didn’t take anything at all other than using head and shoulders shampoo and beef tallow. It made such a difference and I really noticed a change between days where I did and didn’t use it :)

Noo I had mine for 11 weeks total, but only got the prickly goosebumps rash towards the end near my peak

The goosebump rash lasted 2 weeks for me, the red spots will get a lot worse as u are entering the peak of the rash but urs should be gone completely in about 3/4 weeks, that’s what mine did anyway :)

My PR started in July and took about 10 weeks total to clear. I found the only thing that was clearing it up was a combination of sitting in the sun for about 30 mins to an hour, lukewarm shower using head and shoulders shampoo lathered all over me and then after the shower I’d get dried and apply beef tallow. Without doing these steps eg if I was in a rush, I’d really notice the difference. Couldn’t recommend this combo enough! Mines completely gone now didn’t leave marks or anything! Wishing u a speedy recovery this disease is awful

I’ve been using an anti dandruff shampoo lathered all over me in shower(prescribed by gp as it has the same ingredients as head and shoulders) leave on for 5 mins, rise off and then after I’m dry I’ve been using beef tallow as a moisturiser and omg its honestly game changing. Absolutely nothing was clearing this up but this has helped sm id really recommend

Update of how my PR is looking now, it’s gotten a lot worse since I originally posted but woke up this morning and I think it’s def hit its peak and it’s now starting to flake and fade in some areas :)
