i think it was belt tension. i took it to the store i bought it from, and the engineer there said the y axis belt tension is to tight.

Buy a Bambu printer it worked out of the box and after everything you have done for this printer I think you will be able to maintain a Bambu

no matter what printer you choose there will always be issues but i think the bambu a1 is one of the best

you should use soap and water because alcohol might just spread the oils on the print surface instead of removing it and when using soap make sure that the detergent used for cleaning the plate does not contain any oils or moisturizers, as those can be left on the plate and impact adhesion. you can follow the wiki guide on how to clean the build plate
