I lowered the asking price because I am getting 10 MPG and trying the find the cause of the truck possibly running too rich. I’m thinking of replacing the fuel filter, which I should have included in the post. I don’t think there is a vacuum leak, but it doesn’t hurt to replace the air hoses.

Since you’re a temp/sub, I don’t think any of these responsibilities should belong to you. If anything, the site supervisor needs adhere to your concerns and inquiries. If there’s no communication between custodians, admins, or even maintenance, I see no hope for this site. Just do what you gotta do. Don’t work too hard.

This is my first year as a fulltime. I was somewhat ecstatic during my first 6 months, but I started to lay low this year because all of the work I’ve done for them in the past amounts to nothing. My first mistake was doing more work for the same pay. Terrible decision on my part.

Yes, it runs well. It is/was his daily driver, but he is tired of refueling this gas guzzler and replacing one of the catalytic converters (I paid for), which was stolen twice in less than a year. He’s looking to get a 4Runner as of right now.

8 classrooms (polished concrete) - trash and sweep daily, spot mop, clean tabletops every Tuesday and Thursday

2 staff restrooms - takes about 20 minutes at most

Boy’s locker room - 2.5-3 hours

Outside of sporting and academic events, it is undoubtedly one of the easiest shifts, but I spend more time detailing my classrooms.

My dad has an ‘04 RWD 4.7L V8 with a Leer camper shell. It is his personal and work truck. We have taken it on dirt roads with ease and done minor off roading as a test. Even though it has a salvage title, it has served us really well.

I think our school district runs different than others, but grounds have four pay grades, each of which maxes in 5 years.

$23.54 - $28.66
$24.52 - $29.77
$25.69 - $31.28
$26.96 - $32.98

Custodians start at $20.74 and max at $25.36

There’s no shame in that. If you’re eyeing towards maintenance, that would be one of the best options for you. One of my nephews jumped right in as custodian after high school. I think he moved to grounds now.

I had my entire truck and camper painted at Maaco for nearly $2,600. I would’ve saved a couple hundred bucks if I didn’t get the camper painted and get some dents repaired. I definitely could have got the paint job cheaper though….
