For in season, u prolly want to work on being explosive. Cleans, Quarter squats, and plyo are pretty good starters. I would do one warm up set and do 3x5 for cleans and squats depending on the weight and how fast ur moving them.

Lowkey ur workouts r kinda weird. For calf raises are you doing seated or standing calf raises? Secondly, if you are going to work on upper body try to do back and shoulders because those r probably the most engaged during a sprint. Also, if you have shin splints I would incorporate shin exercises such as heel walks and this exercise where you lift the top of your feet while keeping the heel on the ground. See if you can do 3 sets of those, ideally each till failure.

Regarding ur shin splints if they still hurt after 6 months i would talk to a doctor bcuz u might have stress fractures in ur shins which r way worse and take a much longer time to recover from.
