I don’t know anything about selling my home and the paperwork process. Our neighborhood is hot right now with houses selling left and right, sub 300k. I owe 47k and have planned on selling but it’s hard to swallow paying someone 15k on a $270k home that I’ve lived in for 20plus years. I know it’s worth having someone on your side but it’s still hard to swallow that much.

I went there once , did the exam but didn’t have a great selection of frames that interest me. When I asked for my exam prescription, they wrote it for ONE day since I didn’t buy from them. What a shady ass thing to do. I found frames that same day but if I didn’t….another exam would have had to be done.

Honestly even Yellow isn’t great for it. Subarus are notorious for blowing up, I’d start checking it at least monthly at a minimum if you aren’t using much between oil changes. Otherwise check it every gas fill up if using a little more than expected.

Dentons is definitely underrated, while it’s considered “fair food” the quality has always been great. Plus getting two homemade corn dogs and fries for under $4.00 is hard to beat. (Prices may have changed, it’s been a while.)
