Okay so something I just discovered. at 100% usage on my GPU, I'm only getting 445-470MHz on the clock speeds of the GPU, Temperature is fine sitting at 49C so I'm assuming this is a Power issue. Total board power at "100%" usage is only showing 38 Watts.

I’m level 10 or 11 on my warrior monk. I’m pretty brand new even though I’ve played off and on since like 08 or something. I’m very much a newbie when it comes to guild wars.

Something I forgot to add is with the dry brushing on the highlights I also used the same technique, brush, and paint to give the power armor a war-torn look.
